PLEASE KEEP TOPPERS IN A AIR TIGHT CONTAINER ONCE DRIED THOROUGHLY  , PLEASE DO NOT PLACE IN FRIDGE AS THE FONDANT WILL WILT.

Fondant Ingredients

 Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm oil, Water, Glycerine, Emulsifier E471, 

Tylo powder/CMC is used to harden the fondant.

Food colour Ingredients

PINK- glycerine, silicone dioxide, propylene glycol E122

Allergy advice...Gluten free, may contain traces of nut, suitable for vegetarians.

The following colours are known as the "Southampton Six" and are widely used throughout the food and drink industry.  Where present (please check ingredients list above) these colours may have an adverse affect on activity and attention in children. 

 The 6 colours are:  sunset yellow FCF (E110), quinoline yellow (E104), carmoisine (E122), allura red (E129), tartrazine (E102) and ponceau 4R (E124).
